We understand that things may not always go as expected, and this refund policy explains how we handle refund and cancellation requests.
Free Trial and Evaluation
We encourage all users to explore our free plan before subscribing. It helps you understand the features, platform capabilities, and how Faux API fits into your development workflow. Many core features are available to use at no cost.
Subscription Refunds
If you received a contract that you don't like, you can ask for a refund as long as the following are true:
Within 7 Days: You may be able to get a full refund if you ask for it within 7 days of buying and haven't used our paid services very much.
After 7 Days: Refund requests made after 7 days are generally not eligible. Exceptions may apply only if the issue is caused by our service, such as verified outages or technical failures.
For regular plans after this time, please keep in mind that returns are not promised. If you decide you don't want to keep the service, you should stop your contract before your next payment date
Refund Processing Timeline
Once your refund request is approved, we will initiate the refund within 5–7 working days. The refunded amount will be credited back to your original payment method or bank account. Please note that the actual time taken for the amount to reflect in your account may depend on your bank or payment provider
Annual Plans
If you ask for a partial refund on an annual membership within 30 days of purchasing and do not use it much, we will offer it to you. Every return is handled on its own after this time.
Non-Refundable Situations
We do not provide refunds in these cases:
Failure to cancel before the next billing cycle
Violation of our terms of service
Extensive usage of premium API features
